Massage Addict – The Beach

I have been going to Robert Virga regularly for a few weeks after a long absence. He is a great masseuse and his work has really helped with ongoing back problems and joint pain. Therapeutic massage has been effective in helping chronic inflammation in my hips.

I wanted to check this out and got the intro session for $ 49. good space, nice folks, good deal, but not necessarily the highest calibre of RMT treatment that I am accustomed to. Pretty good, though.

Recently tried this location for the 1^st time (I have been to 2 other massage addict locations in the past).
The service was friendly and my massage therapist was very good (Jessica was her name).
Bright & clean environment (just like all massage addict locations I have ventured to). Got the intro session: 49 $ for the hour.
Would recommend trying these guys out; especially for the massage novices, who are looking for a nice first-​time experience at a very reasonable price.

I took advantage of their promotion for $ 39. It was worth it. My masseuse was great. She listened to what areas I wanted her to focus on and she even gave me some tips and things I could do at home. I would definitely go back.

Went for 1hr massage today. The front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly — there were two people (a man and a woman) and it looks like the woman was new and being trained. I was invited to the room and my massage therapist was Daphne. She was ok. That was probably the shortest hour I’ve ever experienced. She was very average, I left feeling ok, but nothing spectacular or a sense of relief after going there. I was looking forward to that feeling. They have a $ 39 intro special and then members gets $ 59 and non members I believe $ 79 or $ 89 for an hour massage. I was considering joining, but after today, I don’t think so. It’s one of the cheapest massages in the city and you get what you pay for. Plus the room was cold so no, no and no.

I have a membership and I have been going now for about a year. I love it. It is so relaxing and the massages are so great. All of the RMTs I’ve been to are very professional and know exactly what they’re doing. They let you know about areas of tension they found and really work out the knots.
I really think the membership is a great idea because it forces me to go once a month and I’ve really noticed a decrease in stress. My back always feels so much better and working on my feet as a nurse it’s a great help.
If you have benefits that cover massage you can also submit your bill to your insurance company.
If you’ve been thinking about going in to try it out then I say go for it!

Had to take advantage of the $ 39 intro session and I left feeling sore, which is good!!! Lol I was mad right around the shoulders and my therapist, Deanna, twerked the knots out nice. Feeling nice and relaxed now and will most likely get a membership.

I have been a member since june 2013 and I am enjoying every session. The first time I payed $ 39 dollars for a 60 minutes massage. After that I decided to get a membership, which requires me or another person that I pointed as my dependent to attend at least one visit per month paying $ 59 per 60 minutes massage. You can ask for a receipt to claim if you have insurance. I had different massage therapists and all of them were good. My favorite is Lisa Marie but she is not available all the time. I had also Vanessa and Robert. Robert is very knowable and will give you tips about stretching. Lisa Marie is a small woman but extremely strong don’t fool yourself and ask deep massage moderate is good enough. Michel is an excellent massage therapist and I would recommend full body massage he will give you foot massage and also face and hand massage. :D I’m very pleased with this place and I will continue having my massage every month. The receptionist is very friendly as well. Kuddos for massage addict! I’m now addicted !

I was on vacation in Toronto spending a relaxing day at The Beach when I was lured in by the $ 39 first time massage offer. It seemed to good to be true, but even a bad massage for $ 39 is a good deal. To my surprise, the RMT, Robert, did an incredible job. He focused on all of the points that I needed massaged. He was very knowledgable and gave a top notch massage. If I lived in Toronto I would definitely go back again and ask for Robert!
