Martindale Dental

I am very pleased with my experience at Martindale Dental and I have now switched to this dental office. I first visited Martindale because my dentist was in Mississauga and I had started to experience horrible tooth pain and needed to see a dentist asap. I noticed Martindale dental because it is next to my home and it just recently opened. The receptionist was so helpful and the doctor saw me right away! The Doctor helped with my minor tooth issue and he surprisingly he did not charge me for the visit. I have now made Martindale Dental my Dentist and every experience since has been great! I must also mention their Dental Hygienist is amazing! So for anyone is looking to switch dental offices or who has just moved into the area I highly recommend Martindale Dental!

To begin with I am one of those people who has dental anxiety (so any excuse to avoid I do). I found this dentist because I had the worst tooth ache (the worst!) And I needed a place that did direct billing and they did. (Bill insurance and you pay the difference).
I called Martindale Dental and scheduled an appointment, after asking Sarah the receptionist (who has been great in scheduling, answering, and generally boosting the morale of patients) numerous questions
One of my initial questions was whether or not the dentist was judgemental. (I’ve had bad experiences with dentists being over critical of different things). Sarah was patient and humored all my questions, answering respectfully, and putting me at ease.
After the Q&A session I am scheduled with Dr. Balaji Swaminath. (My life saver… literal tooth saver… but felt like life saver considering how much pain I was in!).
I had three root canals over the next few weeks. And each time I was treated with respect, care, and they were great at pain management! The initial tooth that hurt was infected and Dr. Swaminath took care to make sure I was numb. (As with the infection the first few numbing shots didn’t work… switched types… and all was good). After the procedure I was treated so kindly and allowed to stay for a bit after to adjust. I was scheduled for the following week and was met with follow up checks and questions to ensure proper care. Great experiences each time!
I have nothing but great things to say about this dentist and location. (I’ve also recommend my husband who’s started getting work done here too)
After most of the «hard work» was done, I had a cleaning done with Natascha. She is also FANTASTIC! caring and very good with explaining everything and sympathetic to various concerns.
GO HERE. It’s been a fantastic experience!

The staff at the Martinview Dental were amazing to me; very knowledgeable and took the time to review everything with me. The office itself is very well kept and the cleanliness level was obviously an area of importance for them as it was extremely clean. Free parking was great and to go somewhere with such high-​tech equipment is great as well!

Great experience at Martindale Dentl! Sarah (receptionist) made it extremely easy for me when I set up my appointment by having me pick up the new patient paperwork to fill out the day before my appointment (I’m not a morning person, so that helped with the 8am appointment time!) and coordinating that my prior records were sent over in a timely manner. I think from when I picked up the phone as a new client, it was just over 24 hours before everything was set up and I was in the door.
Natasha (dental hygenist) was great. Natasha was personable, well-​informed and knowledgeable when answering my questions and was incredibly thorough with the cleaning. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was just another patient being churned out. I’m basing this off my prior experiences, so I consider all of this quite an asset for their patients both old and new.
Balaji (dentist) provided a free consultation and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience.
