Dear LXR,
Your return policy and customer service is horrific. Fifteen days to exchange a $ 500 handbag without an option for a store credit or obviously a refund; that’s unheard of. Not only did you not have new arrivals at the store (C21 Morristown) during the 15 days, the choices were a total of 20 bags which did not fit my needs. I was appalled when I tried emailing customer service regarding this issue and did not get a response.
According to your manager at C21 Morristown this is your policy in Europe? Perhaps you should keep your business in Europe because I guarantee you it will succeed here in America.

BEWARE! THE ARTICLES DEEMED TO BE IN EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION ARE ACTUALLY A FRAUD! My sister was conned to believe that the Celine Taupe Mini Phantom she was purchasing was in mint condition and had undergone thorough control check to meet the highest of standards of excellence. However, after just using the purse for a day, she noticed in the sunlight that certain areas had grey dotted paint and that the bottom of the purse had been painted as well. A day later she also noticed that the handles began to turn black. Having owned several Celine’s we quickly realized this was not an authentic vintage purse. Immediately, we contacted the store and attempted to fedex the purse back which under their policy at the time you had 7 days to do so but were told not to waste our time. In fact, they are such a fraud that they were in the process of changing their store policy to no refunds… please do not succumb to their so called control check of highest of standards for they would not be afraid to take merchandise back if they new it was in mint condition!!!

Terrible leadership… Item broke and the CEO accused me of selling it. Be cautious, his is not a good company.

The staff here are fantastic. There’s no air of pretentiousness and they always make you feel welcome. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and will answer any questions you may have. As for the products, they carry a range of brands, from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Fendi, Gucci, etc, and even a couple Hermes bags. There is also a range in quality of products; some are in near-​perfect condition, while others may show some day-​to-​day wear, but their pricing reflects that. I’ve now made a couple purchases from here and am happy with everything. I always leave a satisfied customer.
