Longboard Living is a great shop in Kensington Market. Their house brand Merka is amazing and it’s great to support a Canadian brand. They also have Boosted Boards (an electric longboard). I’m really excited for when I can one of those.

Through Collaborations With Local Artists, They Bring A On-​going Collection Of One Of A Kind Boards To The Market. I Take You For A Visit And A Short Tour Of The Main Location Of Longboard Living’s Career, Having Had 3 Other Locations Previously.
I Received A Tune-​up From Owner Ryan Rubin On My Longboard And Purchased Some Accessories. Here, At Longboard Living, You Can Come By Anytime And Ask The Friendly Staff A Question, Check Out What They Are Doing And Even Design Your Own Board. Every Wednesday Night They Surf The City And Spread The Stoke! Come By And Check Out This Toronto GEM.

The guys who run this shop are super friendly and really knowledgeable in longboards specifically. They’re not skateboarders who try to sell longboards. They’re also more than a shop — they’re genuinely passionate about longboarding. They run free longboarding lessons on Tuesday evenings, and other side street skate sessions throughout the week.
There’s a location on 202 August and 86.5 Nassau.
Longboarding is gaining popularity throughout the city and this shop is here to support the movement. :)
