I hadn’t had my eyes checked in ten years and went to Yonge and College Optometry upon reading the good reviews here on Unilocal.I am so happy I did! The day before my eye exam I got and eye infection. When I got there, I paid for my exam and went in to see Dr. Lisa Anidjar, she was very concerned about my infection and said I’d need to postpone the routine eye exam and wait for the infection to heal. She made a point of having me come back to monitor my eye to make sure there was no damage cause eye infections can be dangerous. Every time her receptionist was caring and friendly as was she. At last I had my exam when she determined that my eye had healed. She was thorough with the exam and had very good quality equipment. Her personality and that of her staff is what has impressed me the most. So conscientious and caring. I recommend her to everyone I meet.

Lived in San Francisco then New York on a work visa… back home now and needed to convert my NYS Drivers License back to ON. At Service Ontario this AM and failed the vision test :(Hey, just turning 50yrs so made it this far!
Walked across the street and found Yonge /​College Optometry. They managed to slide me in between appointments. Receptionist was superb and very very helpful. The optometrist — Dr. Lisa Anidjar — was very professional, explained every little step of the process and was very caring and insightful.
When I go to buy my new glasses there is no question where I’ll be getting the prescription filled. Highly recommend this business.

I was here today for an eye exam, and was so impressed by the wonderful service I received. The office is beautiful, and very upscale and professional. The lady at the front desk was so friendly, both on the phone and in person.
The doctor was also so friendly and helpful. She was professional, and kind. She told me if there is anything she can help me with, or questions, to not hesitate to call.
They are a family run business, and next door, family owns the optical store. They don’t judge at all if your paying out of pocket, insurance, or on OW and ODSP. They treat everyone equal, and it’s so nice to see a quality, family run business again! I HIGHLY recommend this office.
