Absolute worst experience I have had in years. I am a soon to be bride looking for the right lingerie to wear under my dress. Anyone who has tried on a wedding dress knows how difficult of a task this can be. I went into the location at Bayview Village after failing at stores that are a little more affordable. When I first entered the store one of the employees said Hello, looked my outfit up and down and did not offer any assistance obviously because she thought I couldn’t afford anything in the store. A few minutes later an older women walked in and was assisted immediately and in a fitting room with whatever she was looking for still before anyone offered any help to me. Finally someone offered to help and I explained what I was looking for. They were able to find a very nice bustier that I thought would be perfect and fit wonderfully. However I said that I could not be sure until I tried it on under my dress so I may need to return it. The sales associate(upon next visit was told she’ the manager) told me she understood and that was no problem. A few days later I tried it with my dress and unfortunately It did not work. I went back into the same location roughly a week later to return the item. When I arrived I was told that they only offer exchanges. This would be fine except for the fact that they did not have any alternates to show me which means I have to go elsewhere to find what I really need and am now out the $ 300 that I paid to this store. My fiancé was with me when I returned to the store and he was obviously not impressed with the situation. He was not rude to the manager in any way but asked for the head office phone number because this kind of policy is not acceptable at any store where more than $ 10 is paid for an item. The manager was incredibly rude and started saying things such as «I don’t care, you think you’re going to get me in trouble? I’ve worked here for 11 years». We both tried to explain to her that we did not want that and we know she’s just doing her job and that it’s the store policy we were unhappy with and not her. As we walked out we could here her talking bad of us to the other employees in the store. Having worked in retail for 10 years, 2 of which is management experience, as well as having a Fashion Management Degree I am very familiar with the industry. Any store that offers this terrible of a return policy either does not trust their product or they do not care about the best interests of their customers. I feel like I have been robbed by this company. I essentially just gave them $ 300 and have nothing in return except a store credit of $ 300 that EXPIRES! To anyone who considers going to this store I would definitely think twice and be darn certain you LOVE the product before you buy it. I most definitely will not be returning except to use my store credit before they steal it from me. ***Side Note– I spoke to an employee from the Avenue location and she was very pleasant. I am still not impressed with their return policy so that alone will stop me from ever shopping there but it’s nice to see they have at least 1 employee who isn’t so set on damaging the company name.

Love coming to Bayview store!!! So many gorgeous choices and excellent bra fitters. I’ve been shopping here for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I wouldn’t go here unless there was a sale… lingerie is generally too overpriced imho. However, I needed a corset/bustier for my wedding gown so I browsed around The shop ladies were nice & still asked if I needed assistance even though it was obvious I was only going to be looking in the sale rack: D Was so lucky cuz at the time there was a up to 70% off sale. They had smth in my size for $ 35! Original price $ 119 :) This place is def. great for sales.

Great store. May not look like there is a lot of stock when you go in, but all the products are stored by size in drawers accessable by staff. This store is all about customer service. The women who work there are very helpful and make you feel at ease. A lot of variety in styles and sizes. Each change room is large and private. Once you are measured they will provide you with bras to try on and give you tips on fit. Yes, it is expensive, but it is custom, and you don’t have to sort through boxes trying to find something for yourself! The quality is beautiful. You truly get what you pay for(customer service and product quality).
