Life Labs

Horrible, reception and lab technicians are all rude and does not care about patients at all.

I went to this lab for blood tests and etc. today. It’s pretty good how you can book an appointment ahead of time and it’s conveniently located near Queen & Yonge. However… it seemed kind of dingy and dirty. I guess all blood labs seem to have this atmosphere. And, the receptionist was not very friendly and mumbled a lot. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. The technician was very nice, professional and friendly so she made up for the frosty reception. What would make this a 5 star is if they hired better cleaners (especially for the bathroom!) and if the reception was friendlier and spoke clearly. One note to Unilocal: this is a chain of labs and some are listed on Unilocal as «LifeLabs» while others are listed as «Life Labs» — i.e. one word versus two… makes it hard to find reviews.
