I ordered sunglass prescription lenses. I was going to cuba and I called before I came to town to ask if they could do them in the 6 day time frame they said they could I spoke to the owner Steve Levy. I sent my prescription by email, asked for a confirmation that it was received, no answer. I then called the store got voicemail repeatedly, left a message left an another. NO answer. Finally I called another store and they answered and then they got the store to call me back. Now they don’t know if they will be ready I leave tomorrow and they now claim, they never told me they would be ready. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!!! Now i found out they never had the lenses that I ordered but no one told me. If I want them for my trip I have to pay 40.00 more than I was quoted. Buyer beware. I heard back from the owner no acknowledgement of the lack of response or customer service he did however honor the price and took off the 40.00 surcharge

Julia is awesome! She has great taste in glasses and knows how to find the perfect pair of glasses to fit your face, style, etc. They have a great selection of stylish frames, ranging from edgy to classic and safe. Their prices are very reasonable and in line with most glasses places, but I would argue that the product and service you receive will be superior!

Bought prescription Persol sunglasses from here a few weeks ago.
I shopped around extensively for sunglasses and priced my lenses at about 7 different shops and LF was bar none the most inexpensive quote I got for my prescription lenses — which have a strong prescription, LF’s lenses were more inxpensive by a wide margin (over a hundred $ cheaper than any other place).
I got my shades and lenses back in about 10 days, very happy with the service and the quality of my sunglasses. The frame price was also significantly less than other places too. I came in here several times before to try out frames and each time the service was great.
Julia helped me and she gave great advice. Recommended for those in the market for glasses /​sunglasses.
