Really nice place. Had been here multiple times as I live in the area. Wait times are about 30mins to 45mins. Come in, check in, come back at your assigned time. Simple as that.
The doctor is really good and knowledgeable.
5⁄5 would go again.

Went during walk in hours. Sign said open at noon so I walked in and got checked in. Doctor didn’t actually show up for noon but the secretary kept checking people in. It’s now been 45 minutes and the doctor still hasn’t showed up. Waiting room is completely packed. Apparently, the doctor is at lunch. Horrible service.

My husband, my friends and I have all visited this walk-​in clinic many, many times throughout the years and Dr. Kavouris is really at the top of his game. He is so knowledgeable, compassionate, kind — words can’t even describe his level of professionalism. I really wish he was my regular doctor but, unfortunately, he does not want to get into private practice again. He’s simply a doctor you can really trust.
The clinic is very clean and conveniently located in the Sobey’s plaza at Queensway/​Park Lawn. From what I recall, it’s only open from 9am-​12pm and then again from 4−7pm on the weekdays. Not sure about the weekend hours so I would call first.
The only downside is that the receptionist (s) can be rude when you call and mess up the appointments. For instance, my husband waited almost 90 minutes one evening while he saw patients that arrived after him being put forward. He finally asked the stupid receptionist what was going on and I guess she admitted that she forgot about him; albeit he was right there in the visible waiting room. Dr. Kavouris apologized profusely and, in future, if my husband has to revisit, he’s been given a card to go straight to the front of the line (depending on the severity of others’ conditions).

Poorly run! Receptionist has trouble keeping appointments in order. She let 4 people go ahead of me who came in after me.
On a positive note. The doctor was very good. Knowledgeable and professional.
