Very good customer service, decent prices, excellent quality of furniture.
M’lady and I were looking for a reclining sofa, to help me with all my back issues. We were just about ready to buy from another store down the street, when we walked into this La-​Z-​Boy Furniture Galleries location.
The lady helping us was extremely friendly, and showed us all of the sofas that matched our criteria. She told us that we can take advantage of an up-​coming scratch and save promo for boxing day, even though boxing day was also a week later.
We fell in love with one reclining sofa that was the most professionally made one based on the way it moved, and it had the leg and back part controlled separately (I found that just reclining the back part gave my lower back a very nicely needed stretch).
Ended up buying the sofa several days later, and not only did we get 10% off from the scratch and save promo, but we also got about 10% off on the fabric care warranty which sounded like it could definitely come in handy (it covers rips in the fabric, stains, etc, for 7 years). Also, I was told that within 30 days from purchasing the sofa, I could get the price adjusted, if it happened to go on a bigger sale (seemed like a nice little peace of mind).
I’d definitely return to this retailer, and can’t think of anything they could do to have made my experience more enjoyable.

Useless sales assistants that act as if they are doing you a favor by being there. They couldn’t help coz they didn’t know how to deal with their computer and didn’t even bother calling back as promised to let me know if they could retrieve the information I requested. Awesome (NOT) attitude on top of everything. Honestly I’m happy it didn’t work out and I ended up with better service somewhere else.
