Kitchen Roots

This is quickly becoming my go to kitchen gear store. I have bought a French press, various odds and ends, bar tools, mitts, etc. Their citrus press was able to handle all three fruits; the best one at IQ could only do limes and lemons.
The prices seem good – the last time I went in there was a 10%+ sale on. They often offer the «not-​made-​in-​China» alternative. The sales staff I’ve encountered have always been super knowledgeable and helpful. And they often seem to be the only store on the block that has what I’m looking for.
I am concerned that they will be run out of business by the large store that opened where Sun Valley Food used to be.
Highly recommended if you need anything for your kitchen and are near the Danforth!
