I was referred to Ken by one of his real estate clients for my rental property in Markham. I was at first hesitant to work with an agent, but Ken immediately gained my trust through his professionalism and knowledge about the business.
Ken advised me of all the additional questions I should be asking of the tenant and liaised with the tenant’s agent for me. He also did a great job marketing the rental listing! He made the process as painless as possible by being quick to respond either by phone or email and he followed up with me immediately if anything was urgent.
I’d highly recommend Ken to anyone who needs a real estate agent as I would use his services again when it comes time to buy a new home or sell my current one.

Ken has continued to follow up with me as his client a year later and has provided invaluable advice and assistance on property matters. I’ve worked with other realtors before when buying a home and they don’t even come close! It’s great to see him succeed through referrals because he definitely earns it!
