I have bad feet. BUT My feet love KEEN footwear and in KEEN footwear my feet behave. I have been wearing KEEN sandals for 10 years and was thrilled to find this store while searching online for Canadian retailers of KEEN shoes. The store itself is small, outdoorsy and designed for funky friendliness and a relaxed shopping experience. I swallowed when I saw the prices and then reassured myself that I was buying a pair of shoes that will last me several years. The staff was also fairly helpful but I already knew all about each shoe as I’d pre-shopped online before my store visit. I suffer from plantar fasciitus and the pain disappears when I wear KEEN shoes. I highly recommend this brand and this store to anyone looking for quality outdoor adventure shoes, boots or sandals. Their urban ranges are also quite good, especially if you check out the specs… look for the metatomical footbed design if like me you have feet issues.

Fantastic service. The store employee(sorry, didn’t catch your name) went above and beyond her duties. Great recommendations. Directed us what we needed, where to find it, how to deal with the online orders. Best service we’ve ever had at a shoe store. And the big plus is that we love the quality & styles of their shoes for our whole family. Highly recommend.

I got my first pair of keens in 2004(a pair of brown newports) at the Australian Boot company at Yonge/Eglinton area. These sandals are still going strong for me. Keen has come along way since then. I can now find Keens at many retailers. If however, you are looking for a specific shoe, this is place to visit. The store pretty much stocks the entire collection. From what I gathered, anything on the website is here. For hard to find models/colours, this a great news. The prices are standard retail, however, for boxing day they did a 50% off everything sale. Interestingly(and very annoying), the prices are actually more expensive than some of their dealers. Not only that, they DONOT price match their dealers! To me, this is ridiculous. Other stores that sell Keens(some of which might be cheaper): Mountain Equipment Co-op, Winners, Europe Bound(i dislike this store), Atmosphere. For example: At the time of writing the price of the Keen Coronado Shoes is $ 70 at Mountain Equipment Co-op. But at the Keen store, they are ~$ 100. Pretty big difference.

I have had at least 4 pairs of Keens and love them, so was looking forward to checking out this store, which has an amazing selection of what I can only imagine are ALL their styles. My beefs? I walked in the store, browsed around for 5 minutes, and the lone employee didn’t acknowledge me in any way. No «hello», no eye contact.(I was the only customer.) The store is also poorly laid out, so I wasn’t sure where the men’s selection was, and I didn’t want to interrupt the employee’s internet search. I’ll go back with my wife at some point, so they’ll get another chance. I’ll definitely update this review if the experience is any different. (The product kept me from giving them only 1 star.)

This is the first Keen retail store in Canada, and has recently opened on Kingston Road, by the Threads Lifestyle store. We were on our way to Threads for some boots, and I spotted the sign. «Is that a big KEEN logo?»… Getting closer… «It’s an entire KEEN store!». We were in heaven with so many Keens to choose from. It’s great to get to try them all on as I find I am different sizes in different models of their shoes. They even have a little area with wood and stones to walk on to see how the shoes perform. If you’re a fan of Keen footwear, you need to check it out.
