Man was so rude to me, cut me off on every sentence and said I «wasn’t smart» for asking if there are different heel tips, he spoke while I was speaking and said he knew what I was going to ask, but when I asked what he thought I was going to say. He was wrong.
He was very distasteful, very rude, I would never go back to him for him to try insult a customer for inquiring.
I would NEVER recommend anyone here.

I always take my shoes to Jose for repair, have done for years. The price is reasonable, he always does a good job, and he’s a very sweet person. The only drawback is that, as another reviewer mentioned, he’s open during business hours only during the week (though it is open on Saturday as well).

I went there a couple of times to have something specific done to my shoes, and was very satisfied with the result, and the price.
The only thing I don’t like about the place is that they’re only open while most people are at work — Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
