Jani Autio Photography

I got a few headshots done with Jani a few weeks ago and was really impressed by his skills and ability to get the best picture possible. Jani will always take the time and keep on shooting until you are satisfied. For him it was all about getting the picture that satisfied me.
His retouching was done in no time and I got my picture very quickly. Additionally I had somewhat special requirements (e.g. I needed a grey background instead of the white one he uses more often) and he had no problem accommodating any of them. In summary he has very competitive prices, is a fantastic photographer and has an impress customer service. I really don’t know why you would not get your headshots taken by him!

Not only is Jani a fantastic photographer, he’s also a great guy. I called him and was able to get an appointment the same day. Then, when I got pulled into an emergency meeting and had to cancel, he said no problem and rescheduled me for later in the week. So right away, I was impressed by the level of customer service.
When I arrived for the shoot Jani was genuine, friendly, and totally put me at ease. For a head shot that can really make such a difference! It’s so hard to look your best when a camera’s in your face if you can’t relax. And it just makes the whole experience more pleasant.
But of course I wouldn’t give this guy a 5-​star rating if I wasn’t totally satisfied with the end product. I absolutely love my head shot. He knew exactly the look I was going for and didn’t overdue it with the photoshopping. The photograph really looks like me, but it’s me at my best. I’ve gotten so many compliments from my friends and family when they see it on LinkedIn. And it seems to be helping on the job market too. I’m getting lots more calls for interviews since I put the headshot up three weeks ago.
