It feels like everyone is talking about this massive vintage pop-up store; the owners bought up a huge costuming archive from the Quebec government and hauled it all the way here. There’s a mix of genuine vintage(in varying states of wearability – I saw a few broken zippers and torn sleeves) and stage costumes, but the selection is absolutely incredible and the prices are on par with what you’d see in Kensington Market. The best part is the incredible size range – there are tons of clothes in double-digit sizes. Sizes aren’t marked, though some dresses have masking tape labels with bust and waist measurements. Well worth a visit.
