As of now this is an online only Co. for knitting supplies based in Toronto Canada. There appears to be a wide supply of available quality yarns. With fairly good layout and information. Since one is buying online it is of utmost importance to convey the visceral quality of the yarn as much as possible with color accurate pictures and knitted samples of the yarn and in this regard they are better than many but could improve greatly. Before purchasing I had a couple questions as to the quality of an Angora yarn and they were answered not promptly but eventually. However, one phone call was never returned. Just prior to putting my credit card info. I thought a $ 20 shipping charge was rather steep so I emailed her to ask if I could just stop by and pick it up as I am just a short distance away. There was no response. From her perspective, this was just another annoying question that could be read on their Frequent Q&As. which she states she is online only.(but a shop opening soon?) From my perspective, I would have ordered if she just responded with a no. but to be ignored is bad for business .so she just lost over $ 200 of business… I decided to order from a Mill in Quebec instead.
