I have been going to this health centre all my life, but if it were easy to find a new family doctor in Toronto, I would stop going. Not that all of the doctors here are bad (in fact, I have seen some excellent residents here and make appointments with them when I can as they tend to be kind and thorough), but the wait times are incredibly long, my family doctor is not thorough at all and has missed or dumbed down at lot of worrying symptoms in the past, and when you call to make an appointment, you immediately get put on hold and sometimes forgotten about. I called today to make an appointment and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes before I gave up and tried calling back later. Frustrating and unprofessional.
