arrived to this location and waited about 20 minutes until i was approached, the guy doing my taxes seemed clueless as to what he was doing and was constantly asking his coworkers how to do this and that and etc, There was NO communication whatsoever and
i wasn’t even asked if i was a student until i pointed it out. while he was doing my taxes, he seemed to have messed up and had to restart about 3 times (wtf.i thought this was your job?!) AFTER paying (it was around $ 113.79) he realized he made a mistake with how much he was supposed to charge me and that was a 45 minute wait for it to be solved. and then he went to tell me how much my tax returns were and i was NOT impressed at all. i usually get around $ 400 per year for my tax returns and i got $ 380 for my ²⁰¹³⁄₂₀₁₄ taxes.
ANYWAYS, if you want to pay a chunk of money to have someone uneducated to do your taxes, i would suggest you come to this location. if not, do yourself a favour and go to a different location with people who KNOW what they’re doing.
