I dunno maybe I’m not picky enough, I thought this place was aok. My feet look great, I do see sterilizing equipment, and the ladies were nice. It’s in an old building and the place itself looks old, but it’s not dirty as far as I can tell. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No complaints really. Great price too.

1 star is way too much for this place. It’s dirty and the women did a HORRIBLE job on my pedi and I had to ask her to fix it, which she didn’t. Rude, unsanitary, and terrible work. If reading this at the salon like I was get up and run!

Oh my god. Worst place ever. I cannot even explain to you how embarrassed I was after leaving this horrendous place. Desperate in need of a wax and went here. Worst mistake of life. The main asian lady(wore glasses) and another Asian lady, who didnt speak any english were running this place. The lady who DIDNTSPEAKENGLISH could even do a simple wax. I left there with wax on me. Didnt pay for the service that WASN’T COMPLETED because I was so embarrassed and angry. Never go here. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Horrible.

This place does not even deserve a one star. They gave me a TERRIBLE pedicure, I told them I refused to pay full price as my feet were still dry and rough. I said that I would pay $ 20 instead of $ 25, but honestly, I should’ve only given her $ 10 or nothing at all. She didn’t let me leave and when I walked towards the doors, she PUSHED me away from it & blocked the door. She tried to get other customers involved when they had nothing to do with it. She raised her voice and yelled at me, refusing to let me leave and when other customers tried to walk into the salon, she let them in, but then continued to yell at me in front of them causing them to leave. She then decides to blame me for the customer leaving. Terrible service, Terrible customer service, Terrible Attitude. This place needs to be shut down. I recommend going to Melissa Nails by Gerald & Yonge which is only a block away.

Hmm. Tough call here. Came in out of desperation on Canada Day weekend. It was NOT clean at all, like, not clean. I should have left when I smelled the garbage. I should have left when I SAW the pile of garbage overflowing. But I’m not a spoiled princess, so I decided to stick it out! And you know what, it was fine. I mean, what do you want when you pay $ 30 for a mani pedi?! I have to say though, these girls actually did a really good job on my nails. The mani lasted 5 days(which for me is a really long time), and the pedi lasted 3 weeks! It is for this reason alone that I am giving this place 3 stars. PS — it’s been 5 weeks, and I still have not gotten any flesh eating disease or anything! Sweet!

I agree with these reviews! This place is brutal. I suspect that the owner hires students, but I do not know this for a fact. I had a BRAZILIAN bikini wax there and she brought one of the technicians in to observe! As she waxed, she explained what she was doing.(I hope that’s what she was saying, as it was not in English) I was there once more and the technician who did my nails failed to even groom my cuticles properly. When I said something, the owner came and started cutting them as I was drying. She told me she would charge me $ 15 no tax. I wasn’t looking for a discount, I just wanted a proper manicure! Oh, and they take EXTRA long there. I do not have acrylics or gels, just plain nails and they still managed to take over an hour for my mani pedi! I strongly advise against Grace Nails Salon

DIS-GRACENAILS is more accurate. ZEROSTARS. I contend with every statement made below. In fact, I still shudder upon passing by this little shop of manicure horrors. In a moment of desperation, pre vacation, I was swept into this place with a sense of urgency and trepidation. I should have left as soon as I saw how dirty it was. But, no, I stayed. Out of stupidity, out of need, and out of knowing my Hep B shots were up to date. It was by far, the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. The owner had to continually come in to correct what the nail technician was doing to my poor fingertips. Also, during said process, I was continually left in favor of snaring new the new bait that innocently rolled through the door. It seemed as though it took forever to finish. Upon asking for round tips, I was bullied into square. As well, the request for a simple, thin line French was met with resistance, and I left with nail tips to rival the classiest ladies of porn. Thick, imposing, and trashy is not what I was aiming for. Stay far, far, away from here. And make sure you get your shots.

I’ve gone here twice — both times for a mani/pedi for $ 35. Colour selection is decent but not the best, and the ladies there are nice. First time I went was less busy, and I liked the girl more so I had a better experience but the second time was a bit busier. Which meant that I had one lady doing my manicure while I was getting my pedicure. Not very relaxing! I don’t like reaching my arms over to one side while having my feet worked on and on a massage chair. I’d go again, but I would make sure it’s not during peak hours, and probably bring my own polish.

really? first review? wow, I’m surprised, since this place is absolutely TERRIBLE! I wish I could give half a star, if they even deserve that. Here’s how they earned one star: 1. the lady(presumably the owner) wouldn’t leave me and my girlfriend alone about getting a manicure along with our pedicure. we politely declined and she kept pushing. 2. the TV was on blast and the two ladies working there couldn’t take their eyes off it. I mean seriously, she was cutting the cuticles on my big toe, and she stopped halfway through at an exciting point in the movie that was playing. I actually had to say«excuse me» to make her continue. 3. when she was shaving off the callous on the bottom of my foot, she was still watching TV so she did not notice that she had shaved down to the actual skin so I yelled ow! please stop! and she continued like she didn’t know what it meant and then she didn’t even do the bottom of my other foot! 4. My girlfriend had to wait for about 20 minutes because the other employee was watching TV «on her break» right in front of us, so my girlfriend had to wait for the lady(the owner) to finish with me before getting her nails done 5. We were in a rush so we asked if she could spray some of that quick dry stuff on our toes to make the nail polish dry, so she shook her head and said something in another language to her coworker and they both scoffed. we were so uncomfortable. 6. she charged me twice on my debit card, I had to go to the bank to get the money reimbursed and she demanded a tip. I said«none» and she said«fie dolla?» I said no! and just paid my bill. She did not deserve a tip. My foot was bleeding, my nail polish was all over my toes and my girlfriend had wait for 20 minutes. NEVERGOHERE!!! please do you and your friends a favour. My suggestion is you go to Princess Nails on Queen’s Quay. They are amazing people, and they make you feel like a true«Princess»
