Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories

It’s a lab, and does its job efficiently, no complaints. If you live around here, this is the lab you want, even if busy, the queue moves quickly.

Is it weird to review one of these? This location was the closest to my doctor and my home, but I may reconsider coming here, and find a location closer to my work (based on other reviews).
The small cramped space has only about 10 chairs for waiting. I was there from 8:45am (opens at 8) with only 6 other people ahead of me. By 9:15 when I was finally called up for the initial screening, the place was full and standing room only.

I think one of the reasons for the delays, is that the screening, she needs to enter in all the information on the requisition form to create another form that is being sent to the lab — instead of check marks on the computer, she’s entering in numbers and letters which seem to take a really long time. Then a typed form is printed and some labels with barcodes (which will be stuck on to the samples).
Another reason for long wait times is that they only have one bathroom single stall. Almost every other person is requiring a urine sample

Regardless, the people are friendly and some what efficient. Imagine doing this night and day, kudos.
Free parking one street north for an hour. You shouldn’t be there longer than that!
