Not sure what I paid $ 35 for, but what she said was a complete leather dye and ‘make leather like new’ looks like they just covered the scuffs with shoe polish. Communication is very difficult in English so i didn’t have much luck understanding my purchase. Won’t return and don’t recommend

Same owners, but I’m not sure what’s going on. I brought in a pair of sandals in which I asked that the strap that went around the ankle be replaced, because it slips off constantly.
When I returned and paid $ 30, I discovered they had replaced only the elastic portion of the strap, not the stretched leather. The problem was just as bad.
I brought it back and tried to explain again what was wrong — she just put extra holes in the strap, which made them too tight and painful to wear.
Essentially I now have $ 60 sandals that I paid an extra $ 30 to have fixed, which are unwearable until I take them somewhere else. :(
