I don’t often leave a bad review but I had to leave this one. Event was advertised mature crowd — in my late 20’s I felt like a dinosaur. I took the exact same drink each time. First time I got charged 9 $, second time 10 $, third time 15 $. Even if I disapprove this practice I assumed the waitress tipped herself — … I wasn’t here to make complaints but I should have left my drink. But afterwards wtf?! DON’T GOTHERE!

Could not be more upset. Disorganized when it comes to big events. Last night security was just letting all people pay at the door, and turning away all people who paid ahead, to rot in the back of the line. There is a guestlist for a reason, it shouldnt just be ignored. So as well as searching for my compensation for a my tickets that i didnt get to use, i doubt ill be attending events at this establishment again.

Where to start; I don’t recommend this club for any groups of women just wanting to have a fun night out(it may have just been the night I attended) but the minute you walk in, it’s as though you’re on show and the men are bidding for you. My group and I made a circle in the dance floor and were having to constantly push away men from harassing us. The next issue arises at bottle service, I understand that some in the club are underage but how can you kick them out from just drinking coke/juice/mixers? As the club has no proof of them drinking. But, it’s the club’s choice so that’s something I can’t argue with. The problem is the way we were treated, we were the only female group in the VIP section and it felt as though the bouncers were constantly watching us — they would come up and smell each of my friends drink to check if they had been drinking?! A friend got kicked out, as she was underage, and they would not let her get her coat? So they withheld another person’s property — I was especially annoyed as the coat had a phone in the pocket which is worth more than the coat, obviously. All I have to say is, the music is basic, Top 40 just mixed, nothing special — I would say the bottle service is cheaper than most places so maybe that explains the lack of service and sophistication this club lacks. The bartender was even surprised by our order, so it seems it is something they do not offer. For women, I recommend to never go unless you just want to be hit on, harassed constantly, and having to push men’s hands away from you. It was a shame, as I’m from the UK so this was meant to be a special night out and it was anything but.

OLAKALA I have been attending these events ever since I was in highschool. now I don’t want to date myself but it’s a pretty darn long time. OLAKALA is an event that only takes place on the sunday of the long weekend. It is an all Greek club night out on the town. They usually start the night off with today’s top 40 then transition to pure Greek Club tunes. This past Sunday my friend an I arrived past 12(solely because of out ttc adventure) and got in right in time to catch a few English tunes then it was Greek until past 3. That’s right clubs usually start to kick u out after last call. not this party. I truly feel as if I am in another country when I got to these events which is why I continue to go and get a cultural shock every time. I highly recommend it! Great time if your looking for something out of the box.
