We made an appointment to come view some engagement rings and the service was great. Very transparent pricing, and the ring valuation we got after the fact was actually more than what we paid! 1st year of insurance comes with it too. I’ve had my engagement ring for 6 months now and I still like it as much as the day we picked it out. It’s great that there’s this service that can guarantee through auditing and 3rd parties to authenticity and ethical standards of the jewelry.

This was a very positive experience — bought a custom engagement ring /​wedding bands from this store. The staff was really friendly. We had a humble budget — despite this, the staff was incredibly nice and went out of the way to make the experience very enjoyable. We felt our business was appreciated — furthermore, the store operates on a particular set of ethics and values which are deeply aligned with my own. I was very hesitant about buying a ring period because of certain values — this store was a great find and I am happy to support this local, socially conscious business.

I’m probably not going to be in the market for a wedding band any time soon but I wanted to send some well deserved love to FTJCO.
Ryan’s dedication ethics and integrity sets him apart from everyone working in the jewlery industry. Not only that but his love for community seeps through his pores. Having had the opportunity to utilize his stunning atelier space for community events I can honestly say that it rivals even some of the fanciest upscale venues in Toronto.
Despite not having any need for an engagement or wedding band I have been lucky enough to see the work that Ryan has done for other clients, it’s impeccable.
I highly encourage you to check out FTJCO, you won’t be disappointed.
