Ji was great at understanding what we wanted, particularly since we ourselves didn’t know exactly what we wanted. He came down to our level and helped us sort through the whole process. For example, his feedback on our mish-​mash of ring features helped us come through with an overall design that looks amazing. We found him very good at answering our questions the way we needed, and he gave helpful guidance to help us decide on our custom designs. Thanks to Ji and everyone at Engage Diamond Studio!

I have nothing but good things to say about Engage Diamond. The prices are fair and reasonably and the staff are patient and answered any questions we had. We were looking for an engagement ring and then a wedding band. This was a much better experience than when we went to a big box store, where we were being «sold».
I have and will continue to recommend EDS to any friends needing a ring. Great service, selection, and price.

My experience at Engage Diamonds has always been next to perfect. There are so many amazing points to list! When you walk in you don’t feel like your being hounded by the salesman looking out for a commission. You feel welcomed and it has a very personal feel to it. The store has an open concept display for all their jewelry so you are able to pick up the rings and try them on, freedom! When you have a question and inquire about anything you are educated and not given a sales pitch.
The people are truly out to help you, educate you and give you the best options for whatever your budget! They are efficient in every manner, genuinely friendly and the service is exceptional.
I customized my ring and got exactly what I wanted! I told the jeweler what I envisioned and he was in full support with all my decisions. He suggested some recommendations to make my ring even better than what I could have imagined and all within my budget.
If you want true quality, service and a great deal! This is where to go. Definitely a place I would recommended to anyone and everyone I know, even non-​engaged and non-​married couples. Screw the snotty chains like Tiffany’s, Spence and Peoples.

This small store tucked in a small shopping plaza was recommended by a co-​worker.
Pros: The store has an interesting concept: all the rings on display are very real looking replicas. You can try them all on, and pick and chose and spend as much time looking and playing with them as you want.
Cons: Despite what they claim on their website, the rings are ridiculously overpriced. Can’t comment on engagement rings, as we were looking for wedding bands, but you can buy a much better, certified wedding ring with the same diamond characteristics and more gold for less than ½ of their price at People’s!
It was fun, but such a waste of time and not worth the trip. People, shop around and know what’s available out there.
