Went at 8:45 on a Saturday as Unilocal said this location was still open. Got barked at by the staff there that they were closed, even after mentioning that their Unilocal site said 9pm. Was ushered out and barked at some more to check the website. RUDESTAFF

I was a big fan of dollarama 1⁄3 price or less than most of stores. You cant actually expect the high quality but theres so many items that you can treat your kids under 5 dollars isnt that amasing? But I experienced unbelievable happen. This store has world most dangerous stairs which covered by black rubber. I was holding my 8 month baby and i felt down the stairs. I dont know why. No high heels i wasnt running. I had huge scar all of my leg Theres no escalator no elevator Even i stayed more than half hours no one ask me to do the accident report. Anyways i left with my painful crippling leg Then in the car way home my son told me I saw the stair was little wet So i just wanted to inform them That stair is really dangerous even its little bit wet then the duty manger said on the phone even before i finished word Why are you phoning for? What do you want from us? I couldn’t believe my ear. They dont get paid a dollar. So they dont have to perform a dollar customer service.

I’m going to admit: I’m not the biggest fan of dollar stores. Least of all because most things are not actually a dollar!(But I suppose $ 2.99-rama doesn’t sounds as good.) Anyway, this Dollarama is pretty giant. It’s got aisles and aisles of cheap plastic doodads and knick-knacks, with some useful stuff thrown into the mix. It seems pretty consistently well staffed, since I have been here several times and every time many cashes are open. As far as dollar stores go, this one isn’t so bad. Lots of stuff. But again, as with all dollar stores, the problem is how much of that stuff is really even worth buying… even at $ 2.99.
