I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
I’ve been to so many different nail places over the years… but this is the only one I keep coming back to!
The service fits the price point… the more you pay the better the service and experience. The ladies working here are always friendly and nice to me, I’m usually a walk-​in client because I decide last minute to get my hands and feet done.
The work they do is excellent and even with my sensitive skin it’s still really enjoyable, relaxing and so refreshing. I have never once seen or heard them be rude to another client and they have even asked my sister and myself to help them with translating for some Polish clients that they can not understand. I feel that they have a high level of customer service and just want everyone to have a good experience. As for the other up selling comments… well what do you expect? It’s a small business and it’s to be expected — everyone does this… I’ve never been treated rudely or worse after turing the extra services down — but everyone is allowed their own opinions.
The massage chairs are an added bonus, they offer free WiFi, coffee, tea and water to their clients.
Keep up the great work ladies, I will always be a faithful customer!

Not a good experience. Definitely tried to upswell multiple times and was angry when I asked questions about my shellac. Focused more on bringing in more customers than trying to keep the ones they currently had happy. I won’t be coming back

Wish I could give 0 stars, but Unilocal doesn’t let you… this place has literally the worst customer service ever!!! Went in the first time because I was curious to try a new nail place and it seems clean and quick… there was a line, but I didn’t have to wait long, but they kept trying to up-​sell me and get me to pick more expensive options… I went in for a basic pedicure, nothing complicated. They would just repeat themselves and not do the work until you caved for the more expensive product… ended up spending $ 54 on a pedicure, more than double what I wanted to spend because I felt bullied… my mistake for not being more firm, but I felt cornered, they were cruel to the point of making fun of my feet and laughing… went back a second time because I moved to the area and was in desperate need of a quick pedicure, knew what I was getting into sort of and was much more firm about not getting talked into spending more money, but all 3 ladies were bullies. When the girl doing my pedicure knew that I wasn’t going to budge and pick more expensive nail polish or want an extra $ 10 lotion use, she was rude, said that I don’t take good care of my feet… said that they were bleeding, which they definitely weren’t, that there was something wrong with my skin… I was polite but firm, just give me my damn pedicure and I’ll be on my way! The thing that really pissed me off was I wanted her to do my heels with the razor, which I was willing to pay extra for, but she refused to listen to me and never even used anything for my heels, and that’s pretty much the entire reason I go for pedicures… she then proceeded to do a mediocre job on my feet, I could probably have done something close to it at home. I am never ever going back, I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, unless you are willing to be treated like complete shit and bullied into spending more money. I am not a mean person and I don’t enjoy confrontation, and I always tip, but honestly, I hate this place.
Also, they tried the same routine with everyone… the up-​selling and trying to get them to spend more money… two women caved when I was there, they were asked repeatedly the same questions over and over and finally just gave in because they wanted the job done… it’s rude and a little intimidating and exhausting.
