Went in there for an estimate, my iphone 5 screen was cracked and home button wasn’t working. The man was nice and friendly but he told me 130 $ for repair. So I went down the street at iPrex I got it all fixed for 80. Maybe this is worth it if you have a newer model and maybe this place has better quality screens or something, but if you have an older phone you just want fixed for cheap I wouldnt recommend this place

I, being an idiot, placed my brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 in the same pocket as my set of keys during a camping trip one weekend. The result being a very noticeable scratch on the rear camera lens that I needed to get repaired post-haste. Being an authorized Samsung repair centre, I thought I’d drop by and see what they had to offer. Joe, one of the business owners, took a quick look, gave me a reasonable quote, approximate time-frame, and a description of their(very necessary) post-repair warranty. I dropped by an hour and a half later, saw that the lens was good as new, and I was outta there. The business owners seem to take a lot of pride in what they do and charge a fair price for their services. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. If I ever screw up my phone again(knowing myself, there is a very large possibility of this occurring), I’ll be back!

Excellent and professional service. I appreciate businesses such as this one that demonstrate honesty and integrity with customers. I had a problem with my Android Galaxy Nexus USB charge port, went to see CPR, and the problem is fixed.

Samsung Galaxy SII X screen and LED screen destroyed. Brought it in back in August(forgot to writer review =P), and they told me frankly was an expensive repair. Went for it anyways. They checked it through and through, okayed that nothing else was broken, replaced what needed to be replaced. Phone works brilliantly like the day I got it. Happy I kept a phone out of the dump. Money’s replaceable at the end of the day. The materials for this phone aren’t once they’re in the trash. Thanks CPR. You folks help us and the millions around the world affected by the«I’ll just buy a new one» mentality.

Only cost 50 bucks to had them fixed my water damaged htc one that was not charging anymore. I brought it to splendid china and they refused to attempt to fix it bcs«they don’t have the parts» the day earlier. What this store did was they charge me for 35 exam fee and 10 for cleaning and tax. Now the next day, I have my cell phone back like new with no problem.

Great service. I went in a couple of months ago to have my SIM card tray refit and the service was quick and inexpensive. I went back today for the same problem and they fixed it free of charge. Friendly guys who don’t charge for needless repairs. I fully recommend these guys, and will do so to my peers.

My experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair(Dufferin Street location, Toronto) began with a free estimate through their website. I received a quick response from Joe, who quoted me a fair price. When I arrived at the store Peter greeted me and discussed my specific care needs. His friendliness and very professional manner put me at ease with trusting my phone to their service. Vir, one of the on-site tech specialists who handled my case, is nothing short of a certified genius. He was able to troubleshoot the challenging firmware issue and correct it to working order with a remarkably fast turnaround. I will recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to friends and family who require cellphone and other tech-related maintenance. A lot of businesses claim to be professional repair services, but CPR proved themselves to be the definitive Gold Standard.
