CPR Cell Phone Repair Etobicoke

I brought my wife iphone 4S for repairing both front and back of screen due to a crack. The service was ok (a bit longer than 1 hour as advertised) but the worst part was that the new cover is creating a bad effect on all pictures. We tried to changed it three times and no refund was offered. What a waste and bad parts.

Took my Samsung Galaxy S4 here to see if they could fix my speaker and microphones not working. I would love to give them a good review as they are polite and friendly BUT I paid $ 35 to first get the work started and then had to pay another $ 33 to get my phone back, they justified this by saying that they had to do long manual labor on it to get to this final situation but when I first asked the question about payment and work done I was told that if the flash did not work on the phone I wouldn’t have to pay the extra amount to receive the phone back. Another thing that was extremely frustrating was contact with them was that I had to drive 20 minutes to actually see the progress on my phone as I didn’t have another one as I am traveling and did explain this to them, they are a phone store I don’t know why they didn’t offer me a phone as I did explain I didn’t have another. So i guess in conclusion friendly people but not that good at customer to employee communication and real life problem solving.
