Cornerstone has a large selection of nicer furniture at modest to higher, yet not the highest prices. They do occasionally have sales on certain furnishings or accessories(like all furniture stores) where you can find a good deal. If you like to roam around without any possibility of acknowledgement from a salesperson, you will love this place. I don’t mind being completely ignored on days I am just looking, but I am sure they miss sales because of this. The space is packed tightly with furniture. There is a lot to see, but sometimes it just looks cluttered. For bargains, check out the additional items downstairs in the basement. They do have a bit of everything. They also sell sofas and other pieces that are customizable to your colour preference. Three and a half stars.

My partner and I stopped in here today and were completely ignored by the employee(no hello, no head nod, not even any eye contact) who nevertheless somehow found it inside himself to greet those who entered after us. Perhaps our Converse and jeans make us too déclassé to shop at Cornerstone, and while money may not be able to buy us class, that thousand bucks we almost dropped on what was admittedly a gorgeous sofa is going to go to another store whose employees will at least acknowledge their(potential) customers.

Ok, I just recently discovered this place! What a find! It’s the perfect mix of modern and eclectic. The prices are a bit high but at least you’re getting some unique, and potentially one-of-a-kind stuff. It’s a huge store so totally worth the drive to the Junction even if it’s the only reason you’re coming out this way. Also, great reasonably priced home accents throughout.
