I have to say that it is a sorry state of affairs when someone with one review to their name, cough Heather r. has the nerve and indecency to come onto a reputable review site like Unilocal and needlessly blast a business that has provided exemplary service. I have utilized CPPS for both tuning and repair services and have found them to be courteous, professional and timely.
In the age of the Internet sites like Unilocal and those of similar ilk, they are truly only as strong as the honesty and integrity of their reviewers, and in a sense their filtering systems. When I see a lone faceless reviewer from Seattle WA with one negative review to their name attempting to sully the reputation of a good local business I had to step in. It’s not my intent to call anyone out by name, and if you have read any of my reviews (I think I’m close to 100 now), you will see that I have never done so. But when I see any overt attempt by a fellow Unilocaler to try and tarnish a businesses reputation, especially a business that I know to be reputable, I have to address the matter.
