Went there as a first time, on a Saturday night when I was a friend of a friend of the DJs. Though it started off rocky with debates of leaving, this place turned out to be a great joint! We arrived around 11pm which, is not when the party gets started in this bar. In true Toronto fashion, most people don’t come until midnight. This crowd consisted of the wives of the DJs, low key West End artsy/alternative kids and us regular people. The DJS were spinning what seemed to be their own brand of jungle and hip hop as well as good old mixed dance music. Great DJs. I am told that what should be the cheapest beer(the domestic«50») has now been spiked in price due to popularity. They seem to have a full alcohol selection for mixed drinks but besides the weird Jagger machine, I didn’t notice any Taps. Bottles only it seems. The bar itself has a nice vibe. It’s pretty much one big long area but there is distinct division between the bar and the well sized dance floor. This place is a great place to go once it actually picks up!
