Although the store has a wide selection of outfits and they promise you custom made outfits that are made to tailor. Custom made outfits are not«custom made» in the true sense. I ordered my morning ceremony lengha 6 months in advance but I was met with many roadblocks throughout that time. My blouse had to be sent back three times because it was not the right colour or size and each time the embroidery was slightly different. Worse yet, I was kept in the dark about what was going on when the blouse was sent back, leaving only 3 weeks until my wedding, I was hard pressed to have my makeup trial done in time without a completed outfit and was worried about even receiving the final product by the day of my wedding. When I received the final product it needed to be tailored and I was told that I would be provided with the contact information of 2 different tailors but would need to make the appointments myself and get the adjustments made at my own expense– not so tailor made outfits after all. I would be very careful when shopping here. The customer service is great when they are trying to get your business but things start falling through the cracks soon after and even getting a hold of someone to get an update becomes problematic! With everything that goes into preparing for a wedding, especially for a bride, it’s important to have vendors that are responsive and even when things do go wrong(which they can and that’s all part of the process) it is how the problem is dealt with that matters!

Let me start by saying this place has a great selection and great prices. They were also ready and willing to haggle. I had said a word and $ 300 sari was down to $ 160. They pride themselves on beating any place in town. That being said, the sales people were too pushy for my liking. The one woman was down right mean. She had no patience for someone as indecisive as me. They also send you to an outside tailor, and having to make another stop and with someone at couldn’t meet first gave me pause. I almost bought my sari here but they couldn’t match the fabric with anything on hand to make the blouse and because I’m fuller figured, I wanted to avoid taking fabric from the sari for my jacket. A shop down the street promised to match the fabric and not skimp on the pleats, so they won in the end. See my other reviews to see the shop I ultimately bought my sari from.
