Canada’s Coconut Festival

It was a great venue with lots of vendors that really believed in their product and some that had conservation in mind. The highlight for me was the yummy Thai green curry bowl from Pai which was only $ 5! Delicious. Lots of coconut water samples. It helps that it was a beautiful sunny day.

I saw people with Unilocal shopping bags so I decided to look for them. I found the booth and I realize I don’t know her lol
I checked in, of course! I didn’t take the bag as I am not interested.
The festival is in the small open area near King and John street. Entertainment! People on stage! Music and dances! So adorable. Very children-​friendly. And delicious food!!! Lots of vegan options, lots of pro-​health options.
Coconut chocolates? Yummmmm. One of the vendors’ tiramisu was omg heaven.
Huge variety of vendors from food trucks to skincare. In fact this is one of my favourite food festivals because of the many pro-​health companies! Yay Toronto! I’m so glad we have so many businesses putting «clean» first!
The wires on the ground are a tripping hazard. I also wish more vendors have samples to take home. Like actual packets that I could bring home, research the name, enjoy and think about it… It’s hard for me to commit to buying $ 6−10/item without bringing it home! Well also because I am on a tight budget,
