The location at 663 Yonge Street has some of the most ignorant unprofessional disrespectful ppl I've ever had the misfortune to come across. I was discriminated against, insulted, refused service & had police called on me in January because I'm medically except so wasn't wearing a mask. It was an Asian & white man with brown curly hair who refused to serve me, insulted me, threatened to cancel my box & had audacity to call police then hid in back room like the cowards like are. I filed a compliant & spoke to the Manager named Rajesh Paul who a week later met me at location so I could renew box where we chatted afterward when I tried to educate him about bylaw 541-2020 thus medical mask exemptions but sadly refused to listen because he'd rather be wilfully ignorant. Then when I went to renew my box 2 days ago that I've had for TEN YEARS not only did the double masked Asian woman named Phyllis refuse to renew it bc my ID (which is only asked to confirm I am who I say I am) was expired even though I had my birth certificate too, when I told her to call Rajesh Paul the Manager who could confirm my identity having met me in January he had the audacity to refuse to help me saying without proper ID they won't renew box. He then had the nerve to tell me to renew my license & get more ID even after I told him I'm struggling financially and don't drive so have no need or money to renew it. Then when I called Customer Service that evening to file another compliant I was on hold for 15 minutes and when finally got through the ignorant women listened to what happened then hung up on me. This is the incompetent disrespectful ignorant awful people who work for Canada Post which is appalling but not surprising since it's a Government agency. For anyone who wants to express their dissatisfaction here's Rajesh Paul's number 647-321-3345 however don't expect much because these people know they can behave terribly and get away with it hence why they are such terrible people. I highly suggest everyone stay far away from this awful location and may karma visit each one of these awful despicable people for treating customers so incredibly awful.
