Calum Ross Mortgage

My boyfriend and I are (whispered with my fingers crossed) thinking about buying our first house. We’re both, for lack of a better word, «artsy» types I suppose – what I’m trying to say is that we know nothing about real estate or mortgages and that we’re terrible with money and saving. I’m feeling a lot more confident about the whole process though, after just speaking to a rep at the Calum Ross Team (
). I searched Toronto mortgage brokers on Google and phoned a few sites but they were the only one who took the time to answer my EXTENSIVE questions about (gulp) mortgages. After talking to the Calum Ross team I feel 90% more optimistic about this step. I know that we’re making the right decision in looking for a place to own rather than rent, and that we’ll be able to afford it without being enslaved to the mortgage the rest of our lives.
The best part about this company is that they don’t say «leave it to us,» they actually teach you about what they do so that you are 100% informed (even if you’re not the greatest with figures, like me) about every decision/​option. I know that once I find my castle the mortgage broker I’ll be dealing with is the Calum Ross team
