I’ve been here before for pedicures and manicures, and I’ve always had good results. But the last time I came here was quite disappointing. I arrived and asked for an acrylic set and the woman working there said they didn’t do acrylic. Thinking this was strange I turned to leave, but she called after me and told me that they do bio gel instead. I thought this was a little odd as bio gel and acrylic are pretty much the same so I thought she would’ve mentioned that when I asked for acrylic. I wasn’t too put off by this though, just thought it was weird. She then started to do the bio gel nails, when a group of women came in requesting manicures. That’s when she started rushing. she was using tons of layers of gel, leaving me with thick uneven nails. She didn’t file them properly so the tops of the nails expanded out and had that kind of «duck feet» look that isn’t very attractive. Many of the nails were uneven along the top. The Polish job was smudged and full of air bubbles. To top it off it was $ 40 and took an hour and a half. I’ve had better acrylics done for $ 30-$ 15. I had to go home and remove the nails myself. If you’re looking for a basic manicure pedicure, this place is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for fake nails.

I love this nail salon! Tools are all sterilized. it’s painted a cute pink colour and is very clean, seriously not a speck of dirt. All the ladies who work here have been friendly, and the fellow who works the register has a great sense of humor. Oh and free wifi. Also great prices $ 30 for mani/pedi!

Honestly, perfect every time. The whole staff is funny and nice. This place is spotless and all their nail polish is fairly new. They have a great selection of colours also. For some reason, I find that all their manicures stay on for a significant period of time. They just do a great job!

This is my second visit to this nail salon and this is now my destination place. Last week I happen to stumbled onto this place and noticed this sign«Peds and Manis for $ 30» I went inside and noticed how immaculate clean and bright freshly paint pink wall. I’ve decided last minute to do pedicure because manis don’t usually last long for me and chips easily. I was greeted by this young woman presumably in her early twenties named Wendy. She was friendly and she did my pedicures quite nicely. Her hands were light compared to other not so nice and shady nail salons I’ve been in the past especially at the Yonge and Bloor area! She has even mentioned to me that they recently opened in August which was a bonus for me because of its cleanliness and cute décor. I can’t wait to go back and have Wendy to do my nails again but she’s only available on Sundays :( As promised, today(October 11, 2014) I went again for their facial treatment for $ 40 for 1 hour which was reasonably price and I was quite happy with their service. There were affordable with the many steps involved and the attention I received.

New place open on Bloor near Dufferin. Clean place, friendly staff, good service. Prices are typical of places in the area.
