Stopped over to this location after dinner recently looking for some ice cream for dessert. The staff here was super friendly and extremely helpful. They allowed us to sample a variety of different flavors and also informed us about the current promotion they had which was a free waffle cone with a double scoop. Had I not been so full already I would have definitely taken advantage of that offer!
I also noticed a family of 4 walk in and 2 young kids. After they finished their ice cream I noticed some of the staff come by and offer the children a couple of toys. A treasure chest at a Baskin Robbins?! Amazing! Definitely 5 stars for awesome customer service.

Amazing customer service. I know it’s a chain but this Baskin Robbins makes the little things count. We only come here every few months or so. But the girl (Karen) always remembers us. I think it’s cuz somebody purchased several tubs of peppermint bark ice cream which has since been discontinued…
We usually have ice cream cravings around their closing time. They are always very nice and happy to serve us.
I always have my favourite chocolate & peanut butter here (a fav since the late 80s but who’s counting?) which has never disappointed. So good!

We visited this store over the weekend and we were extremely impressed by the customer service. The store has a new owner and she made us feel like we counted.. . Oh and the ice cream was delicious of course!
