5 star! I am so happy with the service I receive from Deniz at B Suite. I am a very picky customer when it comes to my hair, so am so happy to have found a stylist who takes the time to listen to her clients, and is obviously extremely talented at what she does.

I went to B Suite Salon & Spa for the first time this week and I was not disappoint at all!
I was given an appointment with Jewelz to try and fix another stylist mistake that happened over the weekend in Waterloo. Jewelz did an incredible job!
She not only went into full damage control and gave me hair better than I expected, but she was also so caring, communicated what she was doing, educated me on hair styling and was extremely detailed! I could tell how passionate she was about her work because the result spoke for itself. I absolutely love my hair!
I recommend the salon — great and welcoming vibe!

New to Toronto, and it’s the first time I’ve trusted anybody with a pair of shears near my head in 5 months.
I sat down with Marco, who was super-​friendly and down to Earth… He came up with a cut that was very professional, but nicely choppy and fun, considering I usually go for something a little more «Rock Star» and «out there». I have never had a hairstyle like this before but I must say that I am actually very impressed with the cut, and it’s a very welcomed change!
However, I would rather have the cut I wanted, instead of being sold on an idea for a haircut that I’m not happy with a few weeks later, so I took a star away.
Other than that, I will probably return here, but I’d rather have a stylist who knows the cut I want…

Met Marco at a friend’s social event and he told me about his place. I had let my hair go a long time without a cut so getting me back into the chair wasn’t easy. Wasn’t disappointed in the least with my choice, Marco and the people at B. Suite know what they’re doing. My hair feels amazing and he showed me tons of stuff I can do to keep it looking good without spending money on product. Definitely coming to them next time I get a cut.

This is the best hair salon I have been to, and I am comparing this to Yorkville hair salons. I have been coming here for years, and so has my fiancé, and never thought to write a review. Recently I got extensions, looks completely natural and was 200 bucks less than she quoted. They not only do the best job on hair, but also have great music, cool people, excellent pricing (shocking really!), and offer coffee or even beer! I use Kat at a stylist and she is one of the best that works there. Super cool chick too!

This was my first time ever getting my haircut here and they were amazing! I was a walk in appointment and they fit me right in. The service and price was excellent and being a woman with short hair it’s hard to find a place with people who know what they’re doing.
Best experience I’ve had with a salon in a long long time. I’m defiantly coming back whenever I’m in Toronto.

I’ve been a loyal B. Suite client since they opened many years ago. Service is fantastic and the location is perfect. Over the years both my husband and I have seen a few of the talents, and always very pleased. My husband see’s Marco regularly and will forever say its the best cut he’s ever had. Tania is excellent! I’m always impressed at how close she gets to my roots and her colour tone selections for my high/​low lights. I highly recommend this salon!

Marco was extremely friendly and easy to get along with. Not to mention he completely understood what kind of cut I was looking for. I booked an appointment the day of without any hassles.
Was also offered some free product samples to try… very impressed.

I found B Suite on Groupon, and have continued with Monique. She gives great hair! On my last cut, she suggested chopping off 5 inches to change things up a bit & I went for it. I can’t remember the last time I had so many compliments. Monique taught me how to tame my cowlick so I can actually look as good doing my hair on my own as I do walking out of the salon.

BSuite is an amazing place. My friend Ross & I met Monique randomly in King West and we got to talking about how my hair was so crazy and I wanted her to take a shot at it – nobody else is touching my lid and she’s permanently saved in my phone as «Momo Hair-​Decrazier»

I came here to get a colour correction done. Blonde to red hair.
I forget the name of the stylist I had, but she was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped my pick out a nice shade of red (a mix between a warm and cool tone). She put the first coat on and my hair looked nuts! She promised me that with the second coat my hair would look better. Of course she was right. I absolutely loved the colour of my hair when I left. It faded really nicely.
I don’t live in the area anymore, so it’s not easy to get to. But I would definitely return if I had the chance. :)

SOO… to book correctly. you have to request for Monique, which I didn’t because the voucher didn’t say so. Screw up #1!
I also drove there, so I got pretty lost haha. I was late for 1h30 (at Parlour, I was late for 40min). Screw up #2! tsk tsk me
There are two parking spots available in front of B. Suite, FREE. I parked elsewhere, 1min run, and paid. Screw up #3
ANYWAYYY, so Monique was SO kind. I was late, but she was sooooo nice about it. So wonderful. She listened to me really well:
1) I’m studying business, so my hair can’t be too funky as employers want none of that. She picked up that I wanted to go a little edgier from our conversations (I didn’t mention that at all!). So she was able to add nice layers, plus a bit of conservatism, and it looked gooodddd
2) I have two green peekaboo’s (yes, I’m in business haha! But I hide this by tying my hair up), and they grew (from 10 months ago) so they’re so obviously sticking out that they look cheap. After layering, the peekaboo’s are back inside, and they are now really nice green highlights :) I thought she made it look amazing.
3) My bangs are TERRIBLE… always in the way and loongg… she fixed that and added edgyness to it!
CONCLUSION: I tipped her $ 20. She is amazing, I will pay the normal price $ 70 for her.
p. s. in the middle of my cut, she pointed out that I could park in front of the shop, so I had to run out to get the car when my parking time expired: p

I’ve been going to B. Suite for over a year. Their location was what brought me in, but their fun and relaxed atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. As long as I’m in Toronto, I’ll keep coming back to B. Suite for the cuts, the colour (I’ve had mine coloured three times already), and the pro advice.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend B. Suite to anyone. If you need a place to take care of your hair and is accommodating, give them a call.
