I’ve been at this dentist since I was a child. I’d say it’s been about 15 Years. Since the very beginning I’ve grown and watched this dentist office flourish into what it is today. The staff is absolutely friendly from the receptionists (Beata is amazing and a good family friend) to the dentist and hygienists (Dr Chan really isn’t bad at all, Dr Abassi is just as good). I find they have perfected their efficiency, barely need to wait to begin my appointment and the staff works so fast I almost forget I went that day. The staff seems to remain the same throughout the last 10 years which is very convenient and feels like a reunion every visit.
My whole family goes to this dentist and despite us moving 5 times in the last 15 years all over the city, we always remained clients of theirs and don’t anticipate to change for a long time.

Not a big fan of Dr Chan but I love my hygienist so I keep going back, I have been since switched to another Dr. The girls in reception are super nice and it seems like a fairly happy place.
My beef with Dr Chan was him walking in half an hour late for my first appointment there and basically belittling me about my teeth because I am a smoker. I understand this and go the extra mile to take care of my teeth. I recently was without benefits for 2 years so I hadn’t been to see a dentist. A professional doctor shouldn’t tell someone they need a better education because they don’t have benefits.
I decided to give the place another chance after speaking with the girls at the front desk about Dr Chan’s inexcusable rudeness and I am glad I did! The rest of the staff is very pleasant and goes out of their way to make visits painless and quick. I will continue to go back to that office as long as I don’t ever have to talk with that miserable man again!
They also do direct billing (which is a plus for anyone looking for a dentist!)

I have been a customer there for 4 years now. I have to admit the most friendly dentist I have ever been to. They are really nice and help you along with any request.
