I came in to get a necklace for my sister. The girl working there was able to make me a necklace on the spot with exactly what I wanted, and it turned out so, so beautiful. I will definitely be back. I think the prices are very reasonable for handmade jewelry.

I found Anice Jewellry because of its fantastic reviews and I would like to continue that trend. Martha and Britt made me feel right at home in their Kensington and new Ossington locations. I went to get a simple wedding band for myself — I told them what I wanted, they sized me up, and the piece was ready for me faster than anticipated. Unfortunately, the day I was sized was one of the hottest days of the year, so my finger was really fat and we needed a smaller ring. They sent for another to be made and it arrived promptly. I liked Martha and Britt so much that I referred my fiancé who was having troubles getting exactly what she wanted for the right price at other shops. They were extremely attentive, patient, and worked hard in person and over email to make sure she got it!

I actually cannot say enough amazing things about this life-sized jewelry box of a shop in Kensington Market. i The manager, Britt, is incredible. She can fix just about anything and turn the weirdest tackiest crap into stunning treasures that will, I guarantee you, get you compliments and start conversations galore. Anice specializes in «old treasures, new love». Britt and her staff will happily sit down with you and your older, lesser-worn jewels and help you create personalized pieces that reflect your personal style while keeping the vintage charm of your bling alive. She also runs DIY workshops every month and on special occasions — i took my mom on Mother’s Day and we had such fun! if you don’t have any old pieces or are looking for unique finds, Britt also stocks her store with her own handmade pieces and finds. There is everything from dainty to statement rings, elegant necklaces to layered ones, handwraps, earcuffs, and everything else you could possibly want. The store is small, but arranged beautifully, and has such a warm welcoming vibe. if you are looking for something special and different for yourself or as a gift, Anice should be your first stop! I promise you won’t leave empty handed.

I’ve bought several pieces from this jewelry store in Kensington Market. My best friend introduced me to this store and since then I’ve bought several pieces from them. They have ready to wear pieces and can also make custom pieces. Prior to my latest purchase, everything I bought was either ready to wear or a customization of a piece they already sell. They also create personalized tags on sterling silver or brass tags. The prices are a bit high, but personally I’m okay with that if I’m buying local and can count on the quality of the material. I recently had a rope ring made. It was too thin; it didn’t retain its shape. Britt, the owner, had a new ring created that was thicker. I exchanged the initial ring for the new one, only paying the difference as the new piece was more expensive. They also offer workshops, if that’s something that you are interested in. Go check them out!

This is probably one of my favourite jewelry stores around. BF got me a bracelet from here and I was able to personalize it to the way I liked it. It is really good quality and I wear it a lot. It is one of my favourite jewelry pieces I own, sentimentally and the style of it really works with everything I wear. The girls that work there are really nice and I cannot stop yearning for more pieces. I want to get more bracelets, I just wish they sent out some emails for special discounts for those that have purchased before. FYI for all you BFs/loved ones out there, it is really nice to personalize a piece for your loved one. It is simple and pretty that is more unique that won’t cost you a arm and leg.

Brittany helped me make a custom necklace for my friend’s birthday. I got to poke through sorting drawers filled with gems and other antique treasures for bits and bobbles that reminded me of the birthday girl, then Britt helped me design the perfect piece. When I came to pick it up I were blown away by how entirely she had understood my poorly articulated vision. Really, just a fantastic bijou shop. Go in to buy something already made, or bring in some of your granny’s old trinkets and Brittany will help you rework them into something modern that you’ll actually wear. She’s also a goldsmith and has fixed a number of my pieces. I just can’t stop gushing about how much I love this store.

My family stopped in this store on our way out of the Kensington Market. The crafty, shabby-chic yet feminine entrance reeled us in, and we’re so glad it did. The owner, Brittany could not have been sweeter, engaging my entire family in conversation and offering her phone number should we have any questions about Toronto during the rest of our trip. Her jewelry is intricate, detailed, and beautiful and I love how it wasn’t simply a showroom but her workroom as well. My mom walked out with a cute bracelet that she wanted to add to her«arm candy.» I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop by!
