I recently called them to use their services to file my tax returns. The person I spoke to was really rude. I just asked him a few questions, and he hung up right after saying, I don’t have time to do this on the phone so come to my office. I really don’t understand why people start a business when they don’t even have time to service their customers. I strongly do not recommend anyone even wasting their time to call them or use their services.
