Meat lovers will be delighted when they look at the offerings at Stuart Carroll Quality Meats inside York Farmers Market. You can get various cut of beef, a rack of lamb, even some pre marinated meat, all you need to do is to put in the oven or your bbq.
Their beef is from small family run farms in PEI where the cattle are fed primary on grass fed with no added hormones and minimum antibiotic. All the beef are then aged for a minimum of 28 days.
Their free run chicken is from a small family run operation in Sharon, ON and their pork is also locally raised.
They also have a various of marinade and condiments for sale. And if you are into mustard, Stuart Carroll does have their own brand: Maple, British Bitter Beer, Dijon and Wasabi Lime.
