I used this company to clean a shag rug. When I called them to scheduled the rug cleaning they were polite said their work was guaranteed. Very nice when they came to the house.
My carpet got returned to me damaged! It’s very hard and stiff, the underneath is also all cracked. They say it not their fault, it’s a defected rug. I told them I gave the rug to them without any damages and it came back with damages, they are trying to pull every excuse possible. Both my husband and I got no where with them.
I asked them if I called the manufacture where I got the rug and got them to contact them so they could explain to them that the carpet that is defected, so hopeful they could do something about it. The response was no and hung up the phone.

I used these guys for cleaning two wool area rugs; their customer service was friendly, their prices were competitive and the best part was pick-​up and delivery was included in the price! The service was quick and they are very accomodating. I would recommend this company to anybody in the Markham/​Toronto area.
