Located in the inner part of a slightly larger plaza. Just by driving by, you wouldn’t realize that there is even an inner part you could go into. Cakes and pastries all looked great, and they even have gelato and espresso. Tried a couple of their cake slices and also the gelato. Cakes were tasty but incredibly rich, it was pretty difficult to eat without having a coffee to go with it. Would be good for someone if that’s what you are into. Tried some of the gelato my friend got; it had wayyy too much sugar in it… it ended up getting thrown in the garbage. Womp womp.

This is a small little bakery/café in a Thornhill plaza. We came here after shopping at the Longo’s next door. Got the Crème Brulee pie which was good. I thought it was a little strange, I tasted more orange rind than anything else. When I think Crème Brulee I think creamy, custdardy goodness with a crunchy caramel-like topping. Service on a Saturday was a little slow but I guess that’s to be expected on a busy Saturday when everybody’s out shopping.

Red velvet cheese cake for $ 5.95 was really huge but that is all the positive things I could say about it. The cheese was less dense with a lighter feel and found it really bland in taste. It didn’t have that rich cream cheese taste. The red velvet portion of the cake didn’t even have much of a red velvet taste. It was the fist time I couldn’t finish a slice of cake(2 stars) Raspberry cheese cake for $ 2.50 which was much smaller in size had more of a hard and dense texture for the cheese and had an Oreo bottom crust. I actually liked this one a bit more than the red velvet cheese cake(3 stars)

Some of the best pastries/cakes that in the GTA. They have individual pastries and cakes. They are a bit on the sweet side, but I don’t mind, as I have a sweet tooth. Reasonable prices and good portions. In addition the staff is always friendly and helpful with their recommendations I would recommend their mousses and their chocolate cakes — which are better than the cakes with fruit.

While the deserts are excellent, the falafel sandwiches are the best I’ve had in the Toronto GTA area.

Le Delice is located in the inside court like area of the plaza. You would not have notice it’s existence since all you would have see when you park your car will be Longos and Shoom Shoom. The set up of Le Delice is more like food court style, will some seatings in the open area. When I dropped by this particular afternoon, there are tons of whole cakes in the display cases. The individual portion cakes though not that more choices. there are around 5 and a few petite fours. Hazelnut Mousse($ 3.50) I think it is a hazelnut mousse, since most of the individual cakes are none labelled and I have to ask the server a few times and tell me what each one are. All I heard HAZELNUT I am sold! I am nut about nuts! After my taste test, I think it is more like a creamy yummy piece of heaven with bits of hazelnuts and full of RUM inside… Really light and rich at the same time. Aside from pastries and sweet, they also serves grilled sandwiches too. $ 10 minimum to use your credit card and $ 5 minimum if you want to use debit.
