Affinity Luxury Car Rentals

Rented a new Tesla Model S85 on Tuesday October 21, 2014 from Affinity Luxury Car Rental’s yonge street location. I was a little worried after reading earlier reviews of poor experiences but the actual experience from picking up the car to the return process was flawless.
They took the time to explain the features of this very cool Electric car and I was off and running and really enjoyed the experience.
In returning the car I noted that there was a small maintenance item to take care of with a roof seal that was cracked. They of course knew that this was not something I caused on the car and made me feel very comfortable and thanked me for pointing it out.
I plan on renting from them again and would recommend anyone to do the same.

Wanted a fun sports car to surprise my daughter for her 25^th birthday. I had phoned around to a variety of car rental places but when I talked to Roy I knew this was the place to rent from. Roy couldn’t be more helpful. He suggested the red Porsche Boxter-​S and it was absolutely perfect! He was very personable and very engaged to what I was specifically looking for. His suggestion was right on! He was upfront with all costs and no hidden surprises. The day of pickup Roy was not in but Johnny looked after us like we were superstars. Johnny was very thorough and walked us through the car perfectly. After a detailed inspection we were on our way. The car was returned in mint condition — as it was received. What a beautiful car! Safe to say that ALL vehicles here are well maintained and well loved and in mint condition. AFFINTIY CAR RENTAL AT THIS LOCATION ALL THE WAY! Thank you Johnny and Roy for outstanding care and service. We’ll be back!

I will never rent from here again. Do not make the mistake I made is not looking over the car before taking it. I thought it was for my convenience until I was charged over $ 500 for a small paint scrap on the plastic part of the bumper.
On top of that they claim to be luxury car rental, not with me. I took my Porsche Carrera 997 for service and they gave me the base Mazda 3 4 door, not sure where to find luxury in that.
