A while ago I had an appointment with Harleen (she goes by Harla) and she was terrrible. She completely ruined my hair. She was supposed to do a dark brown ombré but my hair ended up being grey-​blonde and the dye started near my scalp and was patchy throughout. She then had the audacity to say I had asked for it, even though I had given her clear instructions. I have never met anyone more rude or incompetent. I had to go get my hair fixed elsewhere and the hair dresser was shocked at how badly my hair had been botched. Definetly do not recommend her or the salon.

My stylist was Harla (Herleen). she did a fabulous job. It was the first time that I left a salon with blonde in my hair that was the shade I was aiming for. She gave me a seamless balayag/​ombré. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
The prices were a little extreme for the salon. I understand that hair stylists need to make money, but I would have expected their prices in a high end salon. Either way, I would still pay them again for her to do my hair!
Recommendation: a suitable seating area for clients awaiting their appointment.

It is a great hair salon. My stylist is Danya. She is very kind, patient and professional. She communicated with me a lot during the hair cut like asking me if I want more layers or how long I want my hair to be. I am pretty happy with the result, it is exactly what I want! I would definitely go back again!

I came to Zennkai to get a haircut. Walked in and asked to see if they had time to fit me in as I didn’t have an appointment. Was able to get in right away as there was a cancellation.
Stylist did a good job on my cut. Kept checking to see if the length was ok or if I wanted it shorter — for my bangs.
Price wise, it is comparable to other locations that I’ve been to around the city as I try to find a stylist I like.
They asked if I wanted to rebook for a next appointment. Had to turn it down since I generally get my hair cut once a year! Not sure if I’d return for my next hair cut, not yet at least.
