Ok so on vacation I need a work out too. I came in meet the owner the night before and was brought here. He was really nice and gave me a good price on the 7 days I’m in town. Coming from a big city my gym is huge and no one really cares and its pack and tons of machines. This is the complete opposite which I totally love. Talking to people here it is like family, everyone know each other and everyone is there to work out not flirt like other locations I have been to. There are a number of people that are more then happy to help you out if you ask. This is a great location and I love it for sure. The owner is also a former Kick Boxer and at the look of him he works out a lot and when someone told me his age I was in complete shock. IT you want a real good work out and a nice location this is the spot for sure. I will continue to come to this location when I come back to Canada everytime.
