I got my hair done at this salon twice now since it’s so close to my house. Both times I’ve been very disappointed the first time my hair was not the color I wanted I even showed the hair dresser a picture I went back to get my hair tone down she was very upset and rush the whole process since she had other clients to handle I left the salon with super wet hair the hair dresser didn’t even offer to dry my hair. The second time I came in I was pregnant I asked about the product if it was organic safe for my pregnancy the hair dresser claim it was but was not to sure. I advised her I wanted soft color and my roots done instead she made my hair lighter and use product with heavy fumes I was so upset it was a nightmare I couldn’t wait to get out of the salon. I don’t recommend anyone to this salon they have unprofessional staff unable to take direction poor customer service skills.

I enjoyed my first visit to the salon today. I almost didn’t go but was desperate for a cut. I called twice and the gal was a mumbling and was irritated when I asked if this was the right place. In fact the blonde woman was less than welcoming when I walked into the shop. For the prices they are asking? I expect to be relaxed and welcomed. The place was empty but in the end I got a great cut and conversation from the stylist. Cute place could use some cleaning. I’m not sure if I want to go back. We will see. $ 130. For a cut (pixie)and a few streaks. Maybe.

The service and the hairdressers are mediocre, however the price is decent.
They didn’t seem too concerned with what I wanted, so i don’t know if I’ll be going there again.

I’ve been going to this salon practically since it opened and I love it! I have the perfect hair dresser (that actually LISTENS to what I want!). So when I go in asking for a trim, I actually get a trim (and not 3 inches chopped off!).
The company is run by sisters and they really know what they’re doing… They’re one of the first places in Surrey to offer bio-​gel nails which are amazing. They don’t ruin your natural nail, and its just like a polish coat that stays on for about a month that looks super natural!
I’ve recommended this salon and nail studio to almost everyone I know… and I’m gonna keep recommending it, because it is THAT damn good!
