West Coast Optical

I’ve been coming to West Coast Optical for my glasses since I started wearing them, which was 14 years ago, and the last 6 of those years I’ve spent travelling to Langley from Vancouver because the service that I receive at West Coast is worth the trip.
My family and I usually deal with Andrew, one of the owners, but I have had pleasant experiences dealing with almost every employee. They have a great selection and fair pricing.
But seriously, back to the customer service. You will not find better customer service anywhere! Definitely check these guys out.

I have been coming to this Optical place, ever since I owned my first pair, in Grade 6. Andrew, Gary, and their staff, are personable, knowledgeable, and only want the best for you. They taught me how to put my first pair of contacts in, and were very very patient with me. I have gone back in for minor adjustments on my glasses, and it’s always done immediately, and of course free of charge. West Coast Optical very often will have a Promotion on that is hard to pass up. The Deals are great, prices are awesome, and Customer Service that is out of this world!!! Having a Company know my name when I walk in the door is comforting. I never feel pressured to buy anything, I am never pushed onto a style that I am not comfortable with, and they always have the best suggestions for frames that work with my face shape. I have recommended several people to West Coast, and everyone is thrilled with them. They also have a Referral program in place, giving you Money off your next purchase. The return wait on having glasses done is always much quicker than I anticipate. I highly recommend this place, I’ve never been disappointed, and the Customer service is truely fantastic.

The trend today is toward buying eyeglasses online, but paying a little more to take a look at options with a real professional is more than worth it.
I’ve never been treated this well at an optical place before. Andrew was courteous, helpful and didn’t pressure me in the least. He offered a variety of options, but quickly realized that nothing in stock was going to do. So he showed me a number of options he would order in samples for, and they arrives a few days later. I bought a pair that I’m incredibly happy with.
I’ve brought them in several times since for cleaning and re-​fitting, which are both complimentary services.
I would highly recommend West Coast Optical for positive, helpful, honest, well-​informed service.
